About
Monica loves seeing people’s growth.
She is passionate about discovering your team’s skills and talents and putting them in roles to reach greatness.Monica started Blossom Dental Consulting in 2019. Her goal was to create a platform for learning and growth for her peers in the dental community.
Monica has been in the dental industry for over twenty years. After attending college in the States and obtaining her associate’s degree, she returned home, to BC and enrolled in BCIT’s Dental Administration Program at their downtown Vancouver campus in 2000. Monica enjoyed the program so much that when the instructor asked her to be an assistant for the next semester, she gladly volunteered her time in their computer lab. This was Monica’s first opportunity to help her peers as they developed their skills in the dental administration field.Services
