“Monica Watson of Blossom Dental Consulting & Mauritz Lundt, Practice Manager at JVR Dental - Podcast Guests Dec 2022 Discussing our Dental Office Manager Study Club.”
Study Club Origins…
Monica’s idea for a study club emerged from attending a 2-day workshop for office administrators in 2018 taught by Paddy Briggs and Benita Soni. Monica felt so connected with her peers and enjoyed interacting with them so much that she wanted to be able to continue that relationship after the workshop ended. She decided she would pursue this idea further.
Today, Monica’s passion for sharing knowledge and encouraging others has led to the Dental Office Manager Study Club. The exciting aspect of this study club is that it is geared toward dental administrators and managers, an area of the dental office with fewer opportunities for continuing education than the clinical side.
Monica felt that this dental office area needed more opportunities for excellence.
Visit our Upcoming Events page to preview our next study club dates.
“I have only known Monica to be dedicated and enthusiastic in her work, she has a very calm and optimistic style that immediately builds trust and respect amongst those she works with. Nothing seems to faze her, no matter how frantic the rest of the office can be at times. She is a sea of calm amongst chaos, tackling each tasks and new project with a smile. Every dental practice needs a Monica! ”
