Meet Monica:
Monica Watson, owner of Blossom Dental Consulting, works with dental offices across Canada. Her favourite part of her job is to connect with people and discover the hidden potential of a team. She believes one of the best ways to reduce tension in a team is through better communication (ie: sharing info, ideas & collaborating with oneanother).
Her professional ambition is to help create a dental administrative association here in Canada. As a previous receptionist and manager herself, Monica knows firsthand the challenges and opportunities that exist on the administrative side of dentistry. Seeking ways to support her peers and the dentists they work for, she started a dental office manager/administrative lead study club back in January of 2021. The purpose was to help create an environment for leadership growth and provide practical resources in the dental community. Monica has a lot to talk about and we are happy to have her share her knowledge with us.
